Louis Matrone is the President and Chief Operating Officer of IMC, a leading technology solutions firm that has won countless awards for its innovative solutions and has been featured in media including Time, ABC, and Washington Technology. Mr. Matrone is responsible for strategically positioning IMC and its corresponding technologies and is a champion for innovation and precision focus on client needs and concerns.

Prior to his joining IMC, Mr. Matrone spent 22 years at EDS and held numerous positions with his latest as Vice President for the U.S. Business Process Management Sector. Other positions included Group Vice President, Government Industry Group, responsible for Business Development and Finance; Deputy Account Manager and Chief Financial Officer, National Heritage Insurance Company; and Vice President of Sales and Marketing, State and Local Government Group.

Mr. Matrone’s current and recent board experience includes: The Technology Association of America (TechAmerica), State and Local Chairman; ITAA’s Public Sector, Board of Directors; The Loudoun County Chamber of Commerce, Chairman; Government Electronics Industries Alliance, Board of Directors; The George Washington University, Virginia Campus Board of Directors; The Harvard Business School, Board of Advisors; and the Loudoun County Economic Development Commission, Board of Directors.

As a recognized expert in U.S. Federal, state, and local government, Mr. Matrone has testified before several legislatures around the country on a range of technology issues and has served on the following advisory committees: The Governance for Converging Technology, Government Technology Industry Conference Board; The National Association of State Information Resource Executives; The Health Care Debate in America; The Industry Council for Competitive Government in Texas; and The Healthcare Advisory Commission for Loudoun County.

As a leader whose leadership philosophy and professional experience mirrors IMC’s mission - combining technology with experience and strategy with focus - Mr. Matrone’s accomplishments in the tech industry continue to be recognized. In addition to meritorious recognition by the State of Texas and being awarded several other state public service awards, Mr. Matrone received the Signature award by EDS, for his outstanding initiative and creative solutions,along with EDS highest award for sales achievements - the Pinnacle and Gold awards.

Mr. Matrone received his BS in Accounting and Business Administration from Troy State University and he is also a graduate from the Indiana University Partnership Program.
