IMC offers its employees a variety of comprehensive medical plans to suit individual employee needs, such as Medical Insurance options like the PPO, POS, and the HMO.
There are two Dental plans - one a more value-packed option and the other a more traditional plan. Both plans cover preventative care and limit out-of-pocket expenses.

Paid Time Off (PTO) Benefits:
Employees enjoy 10 paid holidays each year.
Employees can annually accrue between two and four weeks of vacation per year (dependent upon past experience or time employed with IMC).
Employees are annually allotted sick leave with the option to rollover allotted time from one year to the next.
Paid Military and Jury Duty Leaves

Health Care Spending Account
