Description
Electronic Content Management (ECM) business analyst familiar with one or more ECM COTS products (Livelink, FileNet P8, Documentum, etc.) and experienced in automating business processes through the use of the ECM product. ECM specialist will gather requirements from end users and develop applications that automate business processes to meet the requirements provided by the end users. ECM specialist will work with developers and other ECM specialists to determine best method to produce an application to meet the end user’s needs. ECM specialist will produce documentation to support the development and implementation of applications (including flow diagrams, design documents and implementation checklists). ECM specialist will perform testing of developed applications to perform quality assurance testing. ECM specialist will be responsible for training end users on new applications and serving as the initial contact for user support issues.
Responsibilities
• Design and develop Workflows and eForms
• Design of Workflow maps based on business processes
• Design of eForms templates
• Planning and design of Records Management (RM) classifications
• Planning and design of RM categories and attributes
• Design of custom Content Server (Livelink) appearances
• Design of LiveReports and SQL reports
• Work with project team and clients to gather and validate requirements and develop formal design specifications
• Develop design specifications and provide level of effort estimates
• Configure solutions according to design specifications
• Develop and execute formal test plans and scenarios
• Establish Content Server (Livelink) implementation standards and best practices
• Supporting and maintaining of Content Server (Livelink) solutions post-implementation.
Requirements
• Minimum 3 years experience with OpenText Content Server (Livelink) 9.5.x, 9.7.x or 10.x planning and implementation, including experience with core modules, workflows, eForms, RM module, Physical Objects module, classifications, RM classifications, case management, and contract lifecycle management
• Minimum 5 years experience as a Business Analyst/Consultant, including experience with ECM solution design, planning, implementation, deployment and support. Experience with Content Server (Livelink) ECM solution(s)
• Experience with OpenText Web Reports module preferred
• OpenText Content Server (Livelink) Business Consultant Certification preferred
• Strong analytic and interpersonal skills
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
