The Content Server (Livelink) Technical Team Lead provides ongoing support services for the expanded implementation of the Content Server (Livelink) application.
Responsibilities
• Maintain Content Server (Livelink) users, groups, permissions, security and system configuration
• Assist, contribute and coordinate presentations to clients and user groups to display the application and train users
• Design and develop Content Server (Livelink) Workflows, LiveReports and eForms
• Customize the Content Server (Livelink) Application Programming Interface (API) using Content Server (Livelink) Builder
• Assist, contribute and coordinate requirements and design discussions with clients as necessary
• Produce documentation that adheres to Systems Development Life Cycle (SDLC) standards and procedures including requirements, design, testing and training documentation for Content Server (Livelink)
• Collect, assimilate and communicate client information needs to the client management team
• Assist with functional and system integration testing for software upgrades, customizations, patches, etc.
• Learn and understand client business processes
• Look for opportunities to add value to document management processes of client with additional Content Server (Livelink) modules or features
• Identify and develop Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and Service Level Agreements (SLAs) in coordination with client for ongoing production support
• Participate in local OpenText user group functions
• Adhere to engagement standards and ensure project quality and on-time delivery
• Backup system administration activities including Content Server (Livelink) monitoring and reporting to ensure maximum uptime, availability, and security controls
• Manage and own full lifecycle of personal assignments
• Communicate business and technical impacts that affect scheduling to management in advance
• Coordinate personal schedule to ensure 100% support coverage
Requirements
• 4 year degree
• Minimum 5 years experience with OpenText Content Server (Livelink)
• Content Server (Livelink) module experience to including Web Reports and eForms
• 5-7 years of customer support and consultant experience
• Oracle/SQL scripting
• Minimum 3-5 years following SDLC methodologies
• Minimum 2 years training experience in XML, style sheets, HTML
• Content Server (Livelink) Records Management, Adlib Express
• Adobe Acrobat, Visio
• MBA or advanced degree
• Pharmaceutical industry experience preferred
• Other ECM experience (e.g. ECM2 Documentum) preferred
