This BPA is for Information Technologies Support Services (ITSS) for the Department of the Navy (DON) and other DoD components, U.S. Coast Guard, and other federal agencies.

The ITSS Project includes support services necessary for:

• Planning
• Studies, analysis and evaluation
• Development;
• Implementation
• Testing
• Training and maintenance

This ITSS effort falls under the Navy IT "Umbrella Contracts Program" and the Space and Naval Warfare Systems Command.

ITSS features an electronic catalog with a large selection of GSA FSS IT labor categories and rates contributed by IMC and ITSS subcontractor partners. Descriptions, qualifications, and ITSS BPA ceiling rates are listed.

Customers can use the electronic catalog to facilitate task order cost estimates and to build work statements. Task orders may be T&M or fixed price.
