IMC Quality Management Approach
IMC will manage the SeaPort-e program as a performance-based contract, under a Quality Management Plan with metrics and service level goals at the contract and TO level. The plan will ensure that the appropriate performance metrics are being managed to agreed-upon service level goals, for optimal project performance and client satisfaction. The IMC Team will monitor performance against goals via inspections, surveys, audits and other accepted QA methods. Results will be reviewed with the CO and TOCOs monthly. We will explain variances from goals and make necessary adjustments to improve results. Our IMC project independent QA Coordinator will conduct quarterly reviews and will help develop checklists, survey forms, logs and other QA tools. IMC is committed to continuous process improvement and conducts Lessons Learned Reviews at project milestones to determine how we can improve future outcomes.
