IMC’s ValiPath solution utilizes a technical lifecycle concept and provides the framework for managing retrospective and prospective content validation for regulatory required Open Text ECM. ValiPath offers pre-developed policies and procedures, templates and artifacts, customization and configuration, and training required to develop and maintain validated systems.
ValiPath’s core is governed by a Quality Management System (QMS) that ensures organizational readiness for specific regulated environments. A detailed system assessment is carried out from which a planning roadmap is created. A series of tests are then conducted to gauge system preparedness, including Gap analyses, computer system validations, and risk assessments.
Based on these results, the ValiPath Composite Validation Score (CVS) is generated and a strategy is formed that best fits the maturity, complexity and risk class of the system. The validation strategy is implemented through customization and configuration of the Open Text ECM suite and development of specific system policies and procedures. Validation artifacts are generated as a result of the execution of the validation strategy.
