We seek a Marketing and Brand Lead to join our Hong Kong office, playing a pivotal role in shaping IMC’s employer brand and recruitment marketing for the HK office. You will be a genuine thought partner to the Head of Marketing, APAC, on the HK and China recruitment marketing strategy, while also owning execution. You’ll bring deep marketing expertise, analytical rigour, and regional knowledge, with a thorough understanding of the Chinese market landscape and the cultural fluency to connect authentically with talent across Asia.
This role reports to the Head of Marketing, APAC, and works closely with global marketing, recruitment, and HR teams. Based in the Hong Kong office, you will be the on-the-ground marketing executor for the market and have the autonomy to drive the regional marketing agenda forward independently, raising issues and escalating decisions, where needed. From time to time, you may provide additional support on broader regional projects.
