Represent yourself truthfully
The details you provide in your application must be accurate and honest. Providing false information or submitting multiple applications with different contact details is not permitted.
Unauthorized assistance is prohibited
Candidates must complete all interview assessments, technical questions, and written exercises without the aid of AI tools, code generation platforms, online forums, or any other external sources unless explicitly permitted.
Your work must be original
All answers, code, and solutions submitted must be your own original work. Representing others' work as your own, including content generated by AI, is a violation of this code.
Confidentiality is required
IMC interview materials, questions and solutions are confidential. Recording, copying or documenting any part of the interview process is strictly prohibited. Do not share or distribute any interview information or content with other individuals, groups or public forums before, during or after your interviews.
Approach interviews with honesty & integrity:
If you're unsure whether something is allowed, we encourage you to ask. If you recognize or have previously encountered any of the interview questions, we expect you to disclose this to your interviewer immediately. We value open communication and would rather clarify expectations than assume intent.
