Curious about the fast-paced world of trading? Women in Trading & Technology is a two-day immersive experience designed for women eager to explore careers in trading or technology. This event will be held in our Amsterdam office on April 21st & 22nd, 2026. If you’re passionate about problem-solving, coding, or cutting-edge tech, this is your chance to see if this dynamic industry is right for you.

What We Offer:

Your Skills and Experiences:

• Graduating in 2026 or 2027, pursuing a STEM degree at a European or UK university
• A curiosity about financial markets and a passion to learn more
• Strong problem-solving skills
• Passionate about how Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion shape IMC, and eager to drive innovation at a technology-driven trading firm

Applications for this programme close on 13 March — be sure to apply before the deadline. Technical screening calls for this programme will take place on weekdays during the week commencing 16 March, with available time slots between 10:00 and 17:00 (Central European Time). This event is a gateway to explore a career at one of the world’s leading technology-driven trading firms. Join us for two days of inspiration, learning, and fun—right in the heart of Amsterdam! As part of this event, selected students will be fast-tracked to final-round interviews for both Intern and Graduate positions. Please use these prep guides to prepare for your interview.
