ABOUT THE Graduate TRAINEESHIP
You’ll begin your Graduate Traineeship soon after joining us. It’s designed to get you up to speed on IMC's trading strategies and product coverage, as well as the critical infrastructure that underpins everything we do.
You’ll be based in one of our global offices, where you’ll immediately be immersed in IMC’s collaborative, high-performance culture. Depending on your area of focus, you’ll receive specialised, hands-on training from our experienced traders and engineers.
The training combines classroom learning with real-world challenges to help you build your knowledge and skills from the ground up. It’s also a unique opportunity to connect with peers from each of our global offices and network with senior leaders.

Trading School
Immerse yourself in our intensive six-week programme, designed for full-time graduate traders taking their first steps into the world of financial markets.
Development School
Test yourself against real-world programming challenges on our five-week programme that brings together graduate developers and engineers from all of IMC's global offices.
FPGA School
Develop your skills and discover the challenges of working with IMC’s world-class trading infrastructure in this immersive three-week programme.
Analyst School
Gain a solid grounding in financial markets, learn more about options theory, and fill gaps in your knowledge by learning from experienced team members.

CONTINUING YOUR TRAINING IN MUMBAI
After completing your Graduate Traineeship, you’ll return to the Mumbai office, where you’ll undertake further structured training under the guidance of your assigned team.
The exact training you receive will depend on your school and specialisation. For example, those returning from our Trading School can expect to focus on a specific product, market, or trading strategy, depending on your skills and interests.
Whatever your area of focus, you can expect a combination of desk-based training, ongoing guest lectures, and structured learning led by the brightest minds in trading and technology.
