IMC Launchpad is an exclusive two-day discovery programme for ambitious university students graduating in 2027 who are interested in learning about quantitative trading and engineering roles at a leading global trading firm.

ELIGIBILITY
The program is open for students graduating in 2027 from the following Indian Institute of Technology (IITs): Bombay, Madras, Delhi, Kanpur, Kharagpur, Roorkee and Guwahati.
Students from all engineering disciplines

The itinerary
Take part in introductory sessions including a general welcome to the programme, an introduction to IMC, and a tour of our office. You'll learn about the work we do through interactive presentations and games, gain insights into trading and tech roles at IMC, and get the chance to network with established full-time employees and fellow students in a welcoming atmosphere.
Dive deeper into IMC with further sessions on trading and engineering. Following a session with one of our analysts, trading students will participate in market-making games and a trading simulation. Engineering students will learn from our strategy and execution teams.
