Giving back

IMC APAC FOUNDATION

The IMC APAC Foundation primarily funds programs that expand opportunities for better health, education and livelihoods in some of the world's most disadvantaged communities. Closer to home, we also fund organisations in the communities where our people live and work across Sydney, Hong Kong and Seoul. We involve our people in how we give, encouraging and supporting every IMCer to make giving a lifelong habit.

Who we are

Since 2009, IMC APAC has directed a share of our success to the communities that need it most, donating more than AU$36 million to high-impact programs worldwide.

Operating across Sydney, Hong Kong and Seoul, the Foundation partners with organisations working on the frontline of global health, education and poverty. Our grants are guided by evidence and built on long-term, trusted partnerships.age.

Maximising employee engagement

Every year, IMCers come together to raise money for causes they care about, through company-wide events, staff-led challenges and everything in between. We support colleagues to run their own fundraisers, from marathons and push-up challenges to trivia nights.

Beyond events, IMCers play a direct role in how the Foundation gives. Staff sit on our grant committees, helping decide where our funding can make the greatest difference. Every employee receives one paid day each year to volunteer with a local charity of their choice. We match all staff donations 2:1, tripling the impact of every dollar our people give.

Each year, we recognise one colleague with our Giver of the Year award, celebrating the IMCer who has gone above and beyond in their commitment to giving back.
