The Learning & Development (L&D) Manager – APAC will lead the design and execution of IMC’s learning strategy across the region. Partnering closely with business leaders and HR Business Partners (HRBPs), you will ensure our people have the skills and capabilities to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative, and entrepreneurial environment.
You’ll manage a portfolio of programs that are hands-on, practical, and tailored to our trading culture — ensuring development is impactful, repeatable, and sustainable. With responsibility for APAC (currently ~350 employees in Sydney & Korea and a growing presence in Hong Kong), this role offers the opportunity to shape learning at scale while remaining close to the business.
