IMC's Women in Trading and Engineering (WiTE) is an exclusive two-day programme for forward-thinking students who love solving unique and complex problems.

You’ll discover how our advanced trading strategies, industry-leading technology, and collaborative culture make IMC one of the most ambitious tech-driven trading firms in the world. Plus, you’ll get a real, behind-the-scenes insight into life at IMC.

The programme is for women with an academic background in engineering, mathematics, physics, finance, economics, actuarial studies, computer science, or equivalent.
