IMC’s IWD 2025 celebrations around the world.
At IMC, championing the best ideas—regardless of role, level, or background—is one of our core values, shaping how we work, grow, and collaborate.
This March, we brought that spirit to life through global celebrations for International Women’s Day (IWD) 2025. Inspired by this year’s theme, #AccelerateAction, IMC offices around the world hosted events across March that sparked important conversations, and brought our people together to reflect, learn, and connect.
IMC Amsterdam
In Amsterdam, we welcomed Emilie Rath, Denmark’s first and only female Formula 1 mechanic, for a powerful keynote address. Rath shared her inspiring journey of resilience, learning from mistakes, and thriving in a high-performance, male-dominated industry.
IMC Chicago
Our US office spread the celebrations out across the whole of Women’s History Month, including an IWD Happy Hour featuring food from a local women-owned Vietnamese restaurant. Meanwhile, an off-site social saw IMC women colleagues come together for a night of games, karaoke, and connection. Rounding out the month, one of IMC Chicago’s nonprofit partners, Girls on the Run Chicago, ran a thoughtful workshop on “Power, Positive Self-Talk, and Finding Balance”.
IMC Sydney
Amanda Johnstone, an award-winning AI technologist and CEO of Transhuman, was in attendance at IMC Sydney. She spoke on championing intersectionality by ensuring inclusion for all women and girls, including those from diverse backgrounds, abilities, and identities.
IMC Mumbai
Our India office celebrated IWD by hosting a screening of two new short films created via Prajwala, an anti-trafficking organization supported by IMC Mumbai. The event featured a thought-provoking discussion with the filmmakers, exploring key themes and insights from the films.
At IMC, we recognize that diversity encompasses a multitude of dimensions beyond gender, and that our success has been built on the rich diversity of our employees. Our ongoing commitment to building a diverse, fair, inclusive, and safe work environment for all is outlined in our global DEI commitments.
