Launchpad Program

Launchpad is our two-day discovery program for ambitious second-year university students interested in learning about software engineering and quantitative trading roles.

Internship

Our internship is designed for ambitious, high-performing undergraduates studying computer science, economics, engineering, math, or equivalent. You’ll hone your skills, work on real-life challenges, and receive mentorship from experienced IMC professionals.

Graduates

All graduate hires join IMC’s Graduate Traineeship. With dedicated schools for analysts, engineers, traders, and quants, our Graduate Traineeship is designed to challenge our new hires and set you up for success.
