About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Procurement Specialist to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and optimizing all of our non-IT categories, ensuring cost-effective and timely acquisition of services and solutions within HR, facilities, marketing, and other non-IT departments. You will collaborate closely with the department heads to support our fast-paced and innovative environment.

Your Core Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement effective procurement strategies aligned with the company’s goals and budget.
  • Manage procurement documentation, including purchase orders, contracts, and invoices.
  • Monitor and manage procurement budgets, ensuring expenditures align with financial plans.
  • Identify cost-saving opportunities and implement measures to reduce procurement costs.
  • Assess and mitigate risks associated with procurement, including supply chain disruptions and vendor reliability.
  • Support and maintain robust procurement policies and procedures to safeguard company interests and ensure adherence to these policies.
  • Work closely with HR, Marketing, Facilities, Finance and Legal teams to understand and fulfill strategic procurement needs.
  • Provide guidance and support to internal stakeholders on procurement best practices and supplier selection.

Your Skills and Experience

  • Minimum of 4 years of experience in procurement, preferably within the financial services or high-frequency trading sector.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Proven track record in negotiating and managing contracts and suppliers. Comfort working with technology-driven stakeholders and/or suppliers is beneficial.
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient in procurement software and tools, e.g., Novatus, Workday, Qlik, Rubik.
  • Ability to analyze data and make informed procurement decisions.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational and multitasking abilities.

Professional Certifications such as Certified Professional in Supply Management (CPSM) or Certified Purchasing Manager (CPM) are a plus
