TWO PATHS TO QUANT RESEARCH
We build our quant research teams around two core hiring streams: experienced research professionals and top-tier PhD graduates. For both, we look for ambitious, exceptionally smart people who can thrive at the crossroads of technology and trading.
PhD Graduates
Our PhD route harnesses outstanding PhD graduates from top-tier learning institutes worldwide. Together with academic outperformance, successful candidates show hands-on experience with major quant research techniques – like deep learning – as well as strong knowledge of statistics, machine learning, or risk management modelling.
Experienced professionals
We look for experienced professionals with a strong track record in financial markets and an appetite for new challenges and opportunities. Ideally, candidates have first-hand experience working with machine learning in finance, and other disruptive technologies and data-driven approaches.
