Inclusive culture training
At our offices around the globe all our employees are trained on how to create and maintain an inclusive workplace where everybody is welcome, no matter who you are or where you are from. In this full day onboarding training all new employees learn about the key DE&I values of IMC.
Safe workplace and whistleblower policies
Taking responsibility for yourself as well as others is a core value of IMC. All offices have in place policies to create a safe work environment for everyone, regardless of background. We also encourage employees to call out the wrong behavior when they see it, and provide channels available for them to do so anonymously.
Reaching out to underrepresented groups
We actively collaborate with various organizations focused on supporting under-represented groups to enter and succeed in STEM careers. Our contributions include sponsorships, event participation, and hosting open information sessions, providing an insight into our industry.
IMC is proud to host several women focused programs around the world each year. Our fun, in-house developed programs are designed to discover more about our industry and IMC. Participants are assigned a mentor, attend workshops and personal development sessions, and gain a thorough understanding of what a career in tech and trading is like.
